Eshkiolmes is the name of the famous complex of petroglyphs, which is located in the Almaty region in the Eshkiolmes mountain range, this complex is considered the largest in Kazakhstan. Petroglyphs are spread over a rather vast territory and are located in 28 small mountain gorges. Here you can find drawings that depict animals, people and various scenes of the life of ancient people, there are hunting scenes. The main drawings are located in the gorges number 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 22. There is a scene that is found in other dreams of rock carvings, this is an image of an anthropomorphic sun-headed creature, there are scenes of combat, scenes of sacrifice , hunting scene for animals. Also, which is not typical for this region, images of chariots drawn by horses were found here, namely chariots and not freight carts. There are also many images of very small, micro-images.
