The railway station in the city of Turkestan is an interesting place as a control point of the city and an architectural landmark. The station building was built back in 1903, soon the station will be one hundred years old. The station was built on the Orenburg-Tashkent railway line, the material from which the building was built is burnt yellow brick. The station is one-story, consists of three main halls, and looks like a miniature and very beautiful structure. In 1950, the most beautiful wall paintings were painted inside the station building, and in 1980 the station building was completely renovated.
