Sarlytam is a mausoleum, an architectural monument of the VII - VIII centuries, according to another version, this object is dated to the XI - XIV centuries, located in the Kyzylkum desert near the Sarlytam settlement. The mausoleum belongs to a portal-domed structure, built of baked bricks, the roof is topped with a dome, and an altar is located inside. The mausoleum is a sacred sacred place and a place of pilgrimage. Next to the mausoleum there are the remains of some other ancient structure that has not been preserved.

Sarlytam Mausoleum, a beautiful architectural structure, in 1982 the mausoleum was included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of republican significance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The height of the mausoleum building is 9 meters, the mausoleum can be seen from afar on the surrounding steppe of the Kyzylorda region. In terms of the mausoleum has dimensions of 9.85 × 10.20 meters, inside the walls of the mausoleum are decorated with Kazakh ornaments. The mausoleum has two exits on the south and north sides. The mausoleum is very well preserved, and in 2000 the mausoleum was completely restored, now this incredibly beautiful building in the sands of the Kyzylkum desert attracts rare travelers and pilgrims.
