The ritual of the Sacrament of Baptism is performed every day in the cathedral.

Holy Trinity Ust-Kamenogorsk Monastery is the first monastery in Kazakhstan. The monastery was consecrated on the day of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary - September 21, 1993. In the monastery, a 2-story fraternal building for 30 inhabitants was renovated, where the monastery house church operates (the building of a former soldier’s barracks, once completely ruined), outbuildings were built, a one-story building of the former fortress guardhouse, which at one time housed a Sunday school, was renovated, then a diocesan warehouse; since September 2021, a Sunday school has opened in the building. The entire territory of the monastery was put in order.
