The monument to Kasym Kaisenov is a bronze bust of the hero of the Great Patriotic War in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The monument was opened in honor of the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The monument was opened in 2010. Kasym Kaysenov is an outstanding writer, People's Hero of Kazakhstan (1995), military commander, partisan, brave hero of the Great Patriotic War, commanded various military operations on the territory of Ukraine and Belarus during the Great Patriotic War against the fascist occupiers and participated in these military operations himself, commanded partisan detachments.

Information –
Kasym Kaisenov came from the Naiman tribe, graduated from school in 1934, then entered the technical school in Ust-Kamenogorsk, which he graduated in 1938. Working as an instructor in political education at the Pavlodar regional Department of Education, he was drafted into the army and sent to a military intelligence school. As soon as he graduated from this school, in November 1941 he was sent to the headquarters of the Southwestern Front, where he received a special assignment and was sent to the enemy's rear to form a partisan detachment in the occupied territories of Ukraine. There, Kaysenov leads the third detachment of the Chapaev partisan detachment. Later, until the end of 1944, he participated in partisan movements in Moldova, Czechoslovakia and Romania. As a squad leader, he goes through hundreds of campaigns behind enemy lines. After the end of the war, he returned to Kazakhstan and took a responsible position in the office of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
