The Left Bank complex is a nature reserve, a landscape reserve, an architectural and ethnographic reserve, a place for family recreation and a pleasant time, a place to relax with friends in the city of Ust–Kamenogorsk. The complex is located on the left bank of the Irtysh River, in a picturesque place specially designated for this complex. There is pristine nature, alleys among trees for walking, as well as many architectural interesting objects such as a large ship, water ponds, gazebos for recreation, a museum of aircraft technology, comfortable benches and tables, and all this is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bicycles can be rented here for children. There are also children's playgrounds and a small zoo. The left-bank complex includes the following attractions: the city of masters, a military complex, a botanical garden, a zoo, an ethno-village, exhibition pavilions, souvenir shops, a children's town fairyland, a beach, a boat station, the Caravella exhibition center, made in the shape of a ship, a stone maze and artificial waterfalls, and other interesting objects. There is a special swimming area, where you can sunbathe on the sun beds, there is a boat station nearby where you can rent a boat or catamaran. There is also a special place for fishing, trout are artificially bred here, you can fish here. There are many cafes and fast food on the territory of the complex.

The park is open from Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is a sanitary day. Opening hours are from 10.00 to 20.00 (zoo — from 10.00 to 18.00, other facilities — from 10.00 to 19.00).
