Kostanay Regional Philharmonic named after E. Umirzakov is a concert creative group. The Philharmonic was founded in 1944, in 1980 it was named after the Kazakh People's Artist Elubay Umirzakov. The Philharmonic includes: an orchestra of Russian national instruments, a national folk ensemble "Akzheleny", a dance ensemble "Kostanay Dawns", an ensemble of Slavic songs, a musical ensemble of song and dance "Sahara Sazy", a brass quintet, an orchestra of pop and jazz music, children's and teenagers musical ensemble, satirical theater "Tamasha", children's musical theater, contemporary music ensembles "Action" and "Disco", circus club "Review", variety ensemble "Ak Biday", veterans' choir.
