Borszczow's tulip (Tulipa borszczowii) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the lily tulip family. It grows in the sandy deserts of the Aral Sea region, in Kyzylkum. Height 20 - 40 cm. Leaves - 4, they are arranged alternately, folded and twisted. Orange, red, inky blue flowers. Propagated by seeds.

Flowering in April-May, fruiting in May-June. The fruit is a three-celled multi-seeded pod. Width 1.5 - 2 cm, length 2.5 - 4.5 cm. Parts of the flower are yellow, pink, with dark purple areas on both sides of the base, the outer parts are diamond-shaped.
