The Monument to Monka bi Tileuuly was erected in the city of Aktobe in 2003 and is a building of monumental art. The height of the bust is 1.3 meters, the total height of the monument is 4 meters, the material from which the monument is made is white granite. Tileuuly Monke bi is a famous biy, born in 1630 in the Aktobe region, the city of Sairam, dancer and heroic commander. The ruler of the Nogai clan is a descendant of Musa, the father of Monke Bi, and comes from the Shekti clan. The philosophical thoughts, rhetorical questions and answers, predictions, powers, judgments and solutions of Mohnke Bee's legacy stand out for their originality. In a society where the fabric of nomadic life is not torn, the ability to understand the present and accurately predict its future image is the main feature of Monke's work.
