Miyaly is a small village in the Bayganinsky district of the Aktobe region, the center of the Miyaly rural district. The district center is located approximately 159 km south of the village of Karaulkeldi. In 1999, the population was 549 people (292 men and 257 women). The climate here is continental. The average temperature in January is -11 – -13 °C, in July +22 – +24 °C. The average annual precipitation is 350-400 mm, the main amount of which corresponds to the periods March-May and November-December. The wind rose is dominated by northeastern (34%) and northern (16%) winds. Stable snow cover forms in the last ten days of November and ends in the second ten days of March.
