Individual tours and excursions in Burabay National Park -

Rest on Lake Borovoye -

In the very heart of northern Kazakhstan, among pine forests, rocks and hills, lie the legendary Borovye Lakes - amazing reservoirs where the world seems to freeze, and silence speaks louder than words. These are not just lakes - this is the soul of Kazakh nature, storing the power of ancient spirits, legends and eternal harmony. Burabay National Park, also known as Kazakhstan's Switzerland, carefully protects this land. Here, each lake is like a stone in a necklace, and each of them has its own face, its own character and its own history. The main and frequently visited lake is Lake Borovoye or Auelikol (Sacred Lake), on its shores there is a tourist instructor for recreation. Near the lake is the resort village of Borovoye, in which there are guest houses for recreation and hotels. In the lake itself there is a rocky island Zhumbaktas which is very popular, you can walk to it on a rented boat or catamaran. Near the lake there is a mountain-rock Akzhetpes and Kokshetau upland to which mountain routes lead.

There are also other lakes from this list nearby, for example, Lake Bolshoe Chebachye (Big), which is famous for its wild beaches and fishing. Next to this lake is Lake Maloe Chabachye (Small), one side of which is covered with a beautiful forest, and the other part with wild beaches, where you can stay camping. A little further is Lake Shchuchye, which borders the city of Shchuchinsk, it also abounds in tourist infrastructure. A little further is Lake Zhukey, which is famous among fishermen for its wild beaches and large fish catch. Between them is Lake Katarkol, a small but very beautiful lake, on the shore of which is the resort village of Katarkol. On this lake on its eastern shore there is a beautiful sandy beach with rare trees on the shore in the shade of which it is fashionable to settle down for a rest.

Information -

The Borovye Lakes form not only the landscape, but also the climate of the region. The air here is unusually clean, filled with the aromas of pine needles, steppe grasses and cool freshness. It is not hot here in summer - the temperature rarely rises above + 25 ° C, and in winter - a real frosty crunch and fluffy snow. The animal and plant world of these places is surprisingly rich. Elks, roe deer, squirrels live in the forests, and ducks and swans nest on the lakes. In spring and summer, the slopes are covered with a carpet of wild flowers and berries - strawberries, stone berries, blueberries. Burabay is an ideal place for those who want to take a break from the bustle of the city. Here you can swim in clear lakes, ride boats, go hiking along forest paths, climb rocks or just enjoy the silence and birdsong. In winter, people come here to immerse themselves in the winter solitude and be filled with winter peace. This land enchants at first sight - with its calm beauty, fresh wind, whisper of pines and reflection of rocks in the mirror-like surface of lakes. Burabay is not for nothing called a place of power - here you really feel how you are filled with energy and peace. This is a place where you can restore strength, breathe deeply and feel like a part of nature. Here you do not just relax - here you are reborn.
