Pilgrimage to the Kalzhan Akhun Mosque -
Kalzhan Akhun Madrasah-was built at the end of the XIX century. The building is built of baked brick, the dimensions of the building are 43.7 x 43.0 m, height is 7.3 m. All rooms are located around the perimeter of the courtyard. The main facade of the monument is oriented to the north-northwest side, where the main gate of the building is located. The main facade also has a mosque room (on the west side) and a dining room (on the east side), hujas (classrooms) they are located along the side facades (ten on each side), and there are utility rooms in the courtyard.
In the 1990s, three rooms were renovated. The entire external floor is built into the entrance. Other rooms (more than 20) were damaged and also restored. The building consists of 20 rooms and 7 additional rooms. The walls are separated by baked bricks and ceramic slabs. The madrasah mosque is one of the state monuments of republican significance.

Kalzhan Akhun -
Kalzhan Akhun was born in the Khanate of Khiva in 1862 and was educated in the spiritual educational institutions of Khiva and Bukhara. He is popularly known as a poet and a public figure. In his youth, being in the hands of relatives in Karakalpakstan, he serves the Khanate of Khiva, where he performs a great service. In 1889, at the age of 27, he graduated from the law faculty of the Kokildash madrasah, receiving the title of "Akhun". On his initiative, a madrasah was erected in 1916, in addition to the madrasah, there is a house where Kalzhan Akhun himself lived.
