Omara and Tura is a mausoleum, an architectural monument of the XIX century, a sacred sacred place and a place of pilgrimage on the Mangyshlak peninsula. The mausoleum is a beautiful architectural structure, made in the form of a military helmet of a Kazakh warrior, decorated with decorative carved ornaments, the building is crowned with a round dome. The material for the construction of the building was local sandstone, the masters of the mausoleum are two brothers Duisen and Omir.

The mausoleum of Omar and Tura is located 20 kilometers from the village of Bayneu, Mangistau district, Mangistau region, Republic of Kazakhstan. GPS coordinates: 45°16'22"N 55°26'15"E

Information -

The mausoleum of Omar and Tur has a square shape, the height of the mausoleum is 8 meters, the width and length is 7x7 meters. The overall structure of the monument consists of a dome resembling a helmet mounted on a cylindrical ring. The dome and the neck are interconnected by 4 decorative elements, which are held together by a longitudinal transverse overlap. The walls are engraved and painted with fine-grained cavities; decorative stone is installed on three sides. The interior of the monument is engraved according to the external architectural solution. Carved ornaments, various drawings (armor, boots, samovar, bowl, tablecloth, etc.) are applied on the surface, some parts of the mausoleum are painted with paints of different colors.
