Pilgrimage to the necropolises of Aktobe region -
Balgasyn is an ancient necropolis, a medieval burial complex, a cult, sacred, sacred place and a place of pilgrimage in the Aktobe region. The necropolis is a complex of ancient burials of different dates and ages, the oldest burials are dated to the XV century, later burials are dated to the XVIII century. There is also the Balgasyn tower, which was built in honor of a girl named Balgasyn, now the tower is almost completely destroyed. Perhaps this tower was an ancient minaret. The Balgasyn necropolis was investigated by the Orenburg Scientific Archival Commission (heads A. Matov, I. Khokhlov, J. Castanier). In 1979-1980, the expedition of the Ministry of Culture of Kazakhstan (head Azhigaliev S. I.).
