The architect of the mausoleum is unknown, there is one large room inside the mausoleum, where the altar is located. There is one entrance to the mausoleum, which is located on the left side of the building, the roof of the mausoleum is crowned by a brick dome.

The Kuttybai Mausoleum resembles the model of Peshtak construction, widespread in the Central Asian region, it is distinguished by its compositional solution. Three rows of luxurious architectural solutions are engraved on both sides of the entrance and along the facade. The upper part is decorated with a pattern, and the upper one is decorated with three rows of vertical recesses and round carvings, and patterned bricks. Since 1982, the mausoleum has been included in the list of historical and cultural heritage of national importance.
