The Kyzylsu necropolis is built of limestone-sandstone, a local rock, the stone blocks are well processed and decorated with various kinds of ornaments very beautiful and unusual in nature. The Boran Mausoleum, which is located in the center of the necropolis, is a square small building built in the style of a Kazakh military helmet with a dome on top, the architect of this structure is architect Nurniyaz Izbasaruly. There are also other mausoleums here, but only one of them is considered ancient, others were built in our time, but their style is based on ancient structures and built in the style of our ancient ancestors. In 1982, the Kyzyltas necropolis was included in the list of historical and cultural monuments of the Kazakh SSR of republican significance and taken under state protection.
