Zhambaul is a necropolis, an architectural monument of the XVIII-XIX centuries, a sacred sacred place, a place of pilgrimage in the Mangystau region. The necropolis is a complex of ancient tombs, various monuments belonging to different periods and such tombstones as kulpytas. The ancestors of the Adai and Baimbet families are buried on the necropolis. Restoration works are currently underway at the Zhambaul necropolis, the necropolis is an architectural landmark of the region and is under the protection of the state of Kazakhstan.
