The Kamysbai Mausoleum is the oldest mausoleum on the Kamysbai necropolis, there are 450 monuments on the necropolis, of which 60 mausoleums of different periods. The necropolis got its name after Kamysbai Toleke Uly (1722-1785). The Kamysbai necropolis is the oldest burial of the "Adai" family, the Kamysbai mausoleum also belongs to the "Adai" family. The necropolis was first explored in 1951, the area of the necropolis is 19 hectares, and is the largest necropolis in the Mangystau region.
