The Victory Monument in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk is a memorial complex erected in the city in honor of the victory of the Soviet Union over Nazi Germany. The memorial was opened in 1995, the authors of the monument are sculptor V.S. Rappoport, architect S.P. Khristoforov. The preliminary design of the memorial was carried out by the Ulba Design Institute (UPKI) of the Ulba Metallurgical Plant production association.
The memorial zone of the Victory monument in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk includes:

- a wall of heroes and sorrow. The Wall of Heroes is lined with red granite slabs with the names of fallen fellow countrymen - Heroes of the Soviet Union - cast in bronze. The compositional center is a stele facing the sky, covered with titanium plates.
The general architectural and artistic solution is to use granite, marble, and bronze in decoration, giving the entire structure a monumental appearance.
