The Akhmet Baitursynov Museum in the city of Kostanay, one of the poet’s museums in Kazakhstan, was opened in 1998 in honor of the poet’s 125th anniversary. The museum presents 1,500 exhibits that tell about how the poet lived, what he did, here you can see historical old photographs of the poet. Particularly interesting museum exhibits are the poet’s cane trimmed with silver, and the first issue of the Kazakh newspaper, published under the leadership of the poet in 1913 in the city of Orenburg. Akhmet Baitursynov was the editor-in-chief of this newspaper, this newspaper was read both on the territory of the Soviet Union but also on the territory of the People's Republic of China. The museum also houses a very rare medal “Man of the Century”, which depicts Akhmet Baitursynov.

The Akhmet Baitursynov Museum is located 2 kilometers from the village of Akkol, Kostanay region, Republic of Kazakhstan. To get to the museum you need to call by phone and arrange entry and a tour of the museum; the museum is not always open.
