The house of merchant Ramazanov was built in 1900 on a brick foundation, the floors in the house are wooden, the whole house was built of wood. The merchant was engaged in wholesale trade and was a rich man. On the territory of the house, there was once a large barn in which the merchant stored his goods. The barn was demolished in 2000 as a dilapidated building and was completely lost. There is also a second house on the territory of the house, which now houses the museum of song creativity of Mayra Shamsutdinova. During its existence, the house of the merchant Ramazanov was used for various needs, the police were located here, then a maternity hospital, and then the building was used as the central hospital of the city. When the house was a maternity hospital, the current population of the city of Pavlodar was born in this maternity hospital, who still live in the city.
