The Alekseevsky College is an architectural monument, an ancient building of the Soviet Union, of the XIX century in the city of Pavlodar. The building is a one-story L-shaped structure, built in an eclectic style with beautiful decor on the walls. The school was built in 1907, it was attended only by men, the school was named after Tsarevich Alexei, who was the son of Emperor Nicholas II. This is one of the few buildings built of burnt red brick at that time, the building was originally built from two separate buildings, one of the buildings was demolished. During the revolution in Russia, since 1919, the building housed the military headquarters of the Semipalatinsk group of troops, then a school was located in the building, then there was a department of urban education. In the 90s, the newspaper editorial office was located in the building
