The mausoleum of Arystan Tinaliuly is an architectural monument, a sacred and sacred place and a place of pilgrimage in the Aktobe region. Arystan Batyr Tinaliuly is a batyr, a warrior, a participant in the liberation uprising of the Kazakh people against the tsarist government of the XVIII century, the nephew of Kotibar Basenuly. Legends say that Arystan was an incredibly big and very strong man. Russian Russian Cossack fortifications, along the Ural, Or and Zhem rivers, were raided by him and his detachment of several hundred people. On March 31, 1797, the Arystan uprising was suppressed by the Russian army. At that time, the great warrior Arystan was also killed.
