Nur Gasyr Mosque is the central regional mosque, one of the mosques of Aktobe, an architectural monument, a sacred sacred place and a place of pilgrimage. The construction of the mosque began in April 2006 and was completed in September 2008. Now it is one of the architectural and sacred sights of Aktobe. The mosque has a prayer hall for 3,500 people, a lecture hall, a madrasah, a dormitory for students, a library, a computer room, a room for reading the Koran, a wedding hall and a dining room for 300 people. Residents of the region and the city took an active part in the construction, including all residents, regardless of nationality, race and even religion. People have raised an impressive amount for the construction of a mosque of almost 2 billion tenge.

The Nur Gasyr mosque has four floors, on the ground floor there is a dining room, a dormitory, a madrasah for men and women. On the second floor there is an office of the imam of the mosque, lecture halls of the madrasah, a library, a computer room, a marriage room and a room for reading the Koran. On the third floor there is a men's prayer hall, and on the fourth floor there is a women's prayer hall. The prayer halls are covered with a carpet of 1,180 square meters, the carpets were brought from Turkey. The main dome of the mosque has a height of 40 meters, a width of 20 meters and an internal space of 500 square meters. The mosque has four towers, each tower has a height of 63 meters, there are 5 domes on the mosque, 1 main large dome and 4 small domes. The domes are golden in color. The mosque's mihrab and the interior of the dome are decorated with verses of the Koran with mosaics decorated with gold. The mosaics are made in Italy. The largest chandelier in the prayer hall is 7.5 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, and weighs 3 tons. The mosque has an elevator.
