Beket-Ata Mosque, an underground mosque, a place of religious worship and a place of pilgrimage. The Beket-Ata Mosque is a sacred place located on the expanses of the Mangyshlak peninsula, it is always very crowded here, people come here, traveling long distances through the desert on foot and by car. The mosque was built by a preacher, Sufi Beket-Ata, Beket-Ata could heal people both physically and spiritually. This place is filled with power, miracles happen to people here, people are cured of diseases here, filled with energy.
The Beket-Ata Mosque is located on the Mangyshlak peninsula in a remote desert place on the Ustyurt plateau. The mosque is located far from civilization, it is best to get here by car, we do not recommend making a pilgrimage on foot to these places, because there are long distances and it is very hot in summer. On the way to the Beket-Ata Mosque there is another mosque, Shopan-Ata, which we will visit on the way.
