Monuments of the Akshor necropolis -
Trip from Almaty to Mangyshlak -
Beltoran is a mausoleum, an architectural monument of the XIV century, a sacred sanctuary, a place of pilgrimage on the Mangylak peninsula and part of the Beltoran necropolis. Next to the Beltoran mausoleum there is another Akshor mausoleum, which is dedicated to the young man who loved the Beltoran girl. The mausoleum is dedicated to the girl Beltoran, who fell in love with a young man from these places, but they were not allowed to be together. The girl's father sent a chase after the young lovers and when they were caught up, the girl jumped off the cliff, and the Beltoran mausoleum appeared. The Caspian Sea is very close to the mausoleum, the places here are very beautiful and sparsely populated, but you can always meet lonely pilgrims here. The Beltoran mausoleum is made of large stone blocks, the walls of the mausoleum are decorated with ornaments.
