Zimin Stone is a little-known landmark, a huge stone named after the kazakh climber Viktor Matveevich Zimin. The stone serves as a landmark for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts. Where this stone is located, at an altitude of 3205 meters above sea level, there is a small clearing where green grass grows in the summer and the place is used for recreation and a base camp. There is no wind here, and it is also convenient to pitch tents for the night. Zimin Stone is a huge piece of rock that broke off from the mountain range a long time ago and fell from Shkolnik Peak. A group of climbers led by Viktor Zimin climbed this peak in 1937. There is also a small moraine lake next to the stone that has no name.
