Excursion to Tamgaly - Ak-Kainar - Kuljabasi - Akterek petroglyphs of Kazakhstan
The stone gallery of the Tamgaly gorge was opened on September 19, 1957 by the Zhetysu detachment of the South Kazakhstan archaeological expedition of the Institute of History and Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR under the leadership of Anna Georgievna Maksimova, the first professional archaeologist of Kazakhstan. Although the petroglyphs were discovered by accident, the essence of the discovery was as follows: one of these ancient settlements on the territory of Kazakhstan was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer: Almaty apple city – Samsy village – Targap village – Kopa train station – Karabastau village – Tamgaly tract and gorge (170 km, 3 hours).
By the way we will see Samsy and Targap villages, arriving at the first petroglyphs place Tamgaly, visiting settlements, visiting petroglyphs, photo shooting and walking around, lunch on the way, transfer to Ak Kainar gorge, tents camping, dinner and overnights at the tents.

Tranafer: Ak Kainar tract – Matibulak village – Otar train station – Shinirau train station – Anrahai train station – Kuljabasi petroglyphs – Otar train station – Akterek village – Akterek gorge (159 km, 4 hours)
Visiting Kuljabasy petroglyphs, photo shooting of petroglyphs and environments, lunch on the way, arriving in Ak Terek gorge, tent camp, dinner and overnight.
