Excursion to lake Toraigyr
Lake Toraigyr is one of the popular attractions of Bayanaul Park. The lake lies at the foot of the Bayanaul Mountains, surrounded by a beautiful coniferous forest and mountains. The lake is named after the Kazakh poet Sultanmakhmut Toraigyrov.

The lake is located in the Bayanaul park at an altitude of 345 meters above sea level, nearby is the village of Toraigyr.
Lake Toraigyr - information for tourists
The lake is the pearl of the Bayanaul National Park, as elsewhere in this beautiful place there is an excellent beach, fresh and warm water. The beach is not as crowded as, for example, on the Zhasybai lake. The lake is the third largest, the depth of the lake is 11 meters, the area is 1.9 square kilometers. The water of the lake is slightly saline, hydrocarbonate-chloride sodium. Access to the lake is possible only from the eastern and western shores.
