Utebay tract on Mangyshlak.

Tours to the Ustyurt Reserve and the sights of Mangistau.

Jeep tour to the Utebay cave, in the Mangistau region.

Utebay tract is famous for its caves, Utebay cave and Balayuk cave. The Utebay tract is a plain, steppe, desert place. The places here are unusual and very beautiful, we recommend traveling here in late spring and early summer, the area blooms, filled with spring colors. At the end of summer, the place here completely burns out, the vegetation also becomes very hot.

Utebay tract - how to get there.

The Utebay tract is located on the territory of the Ustyurt Reserve in the Mangistau region, the main landmarks here are such caves as Balayuk and Utebay. The tract is also part of the southern part of the Ustyurt plateau. The distance from the city of Aktau to the tract Utebay is 490 kilometers.

Utebay tract (plateau) - information for tourists.

The highest point in the Utebay tract is 174 meters above sea level, which is quite high for this area. The tract borders the Aral Sea, the Kara-Bagoz-Gol Bay, the Amu-Darya River. The Utebay plateau is easily accessible, we recommend traveling here by 4x4 car, accompanied by a second car and of course a guide who knows the area. People often come here and visit the Balayuk and Utebay caves. In the summer it is very hot here, so you need to be prepared for this heat. Do not travel here alone, the places are wild and little visited. Our company is able to organize tours of varying complexity for individual clients and small groups of up to 10 people, we have all the necessary equipment, comfortable transport and professional guides. There is no infrastructure for living here, so we spend the nights in stationary tent camps.
