The Park is 73 years old, it was built in 1938, it is one of the first parks in the city of Pavlodar. The Park has a second name: “Gorsad” or “City Garden”, as local residents call it. The Park has children's attractions and places to relax. The Park has preserved attractions from the times of the USSR, they work and bring nostalgia to people. One of the attractions in the park, which is very popular, is the Ferris wheel, which offers a wonderful panorama of the city of Pavlodar. On summer days, the park hosts various events for children, concerts and competitions. The Park is located 1 kilometer from the embankment of the Irtysh River; if you wish, you can walk to the river and look at its beauty.
