The Kasym Kaisenov Ethno-Park is a place of recreation and leisure activities in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. In the park you can spend time with your family, sit in the shade of trees in hot summer, walk along beautiful alleys and planted trees. There are a lot of trees of different types in the park. There is an ethno-village in the park, as well as a drama theater of the city, a museum of local lore and a small chapel next to the park. The Park is a historically significant place for the city and its residents. Kasym Kaisenov (1918-2006) was a famous man, a warrior, a hero of the Great Patriotic War. During the Second World War, he was a partisan, led military operations on the territory of Belarus and Ukraine to liberate lands from fascist invaders.
