The village of Tole Bi is one of the picturesque villages and the center of the Shuisky district, the village is quite large and crowded, over 20 thousand people live here. There are 5 schools and 6 kindergartens in the village. The famous Shu River flows near the village; the village is located on its left bank. Livestock farming is developing in the village, watermelons, melons, tomatoes and cucumbers are grown. In the village there is a museum named after Tole Bi, the famous Kazakh state, political, and public figure, speaker and poet. A mosque named after Tole Bi was built in the village in 1998. The mosque can accommodate 500 pilgrims, and there is a madrasah attached to the mosque. There is also a monument to Tole Bi in the village, which was erected here in 1998.
Tole Bi Alibekuly (1663-1756) - born in 1663 in the Shu district of the current Zhambyl region, Kazakh public figure, poet orator, one of the creators of the “Seven Charters”. From a young age, Tole Bi accompanied his father on travels to see the country, was recognized by the people and studied the poetry and rhetoric of the Kazakh people. From the age of fifteen he began to participate in governing the country and was distinguished by his intelligence, fair judgment and oratorical abilities.
