Jeep tour to the Burkhat Pass in the Katon-Karagay National Park -
Lake Burkhat-Kol is a small, very beautiful mountain lake, located at an altitude of 2010 meters above sea level behind the Burkhat Pass. The length of the lake is 477 meters, the width is 111 meters, around the lake grows a dense coniferous forest birch, cedar, larch and dwarf birch grow here. The lake can be visited on the way to another equally interesting lake Rakhmanovskoye. To get to the lake, you need to turn off the main highway Ust-Kamenogorsk - the village of Berel to Lake Markakol. In this region, we recommend only high-traffic vehicles, because there are mountain roads on which there is no asphalt.
