"Chinturgen moss spruce forests" - a state natural monument, relict plants, are a continuous moss cover, the thickness of which is over 30 centimeters. If you lie on the moss, it will be incredibly soft, and its abundance will also amaze you, finding yourself in such a place will seem to you that you are in some kind of fairy-tale place. Mosses are surrounded by a century-old beautiful forest, which has an unusual shape. The area of mosses is 850 hectares, located at an altitude of 1850 meters above sea level in a mountainous area in the forest in the Kairak gorge along which the Kairak River flows, which is the left tributary of the Turgen River. If you hike from the Batan tract up the Kairak River, you can visit the "Chinturgen moss spruce forests", look at the river and the Kairak gorge and get to the Kairsky waterfall, which is 50 meters high. There is a mountain trail along the river, where there are places to rest.
