"Almaty Roundabout" mountain route through the mountains around the city of Almaty -
Alpine Rose is a beautiful mountain glade, located in the Left Talgar gorge on the famous "Almaty Roundabout" route. The glade is a place for rest for travelers, tourists, climbers and lovers of active recreation. Once upon a time in 1937, during the times of the USSR, a base tent camp was set up on this mountain glade, and the Central Asian school of mountaineering instructors worked here. The head of this school was O. D. Aristov, a traveler and enthusiast, who was one of the first to develop mountaineering in Kazakhstan. Alpine Rose Glade is as popular as Krasnaya Polyana, which is located in the same gorge. Both glades are surrounded by beautiful mountain peaks, the Left Talgar River flows here, it always smells like a fire, you can hear the songs and laughter of people who spend time here. Also in the Left Talgar gorge there are two more glades, these are the KazPI Glade and the Solnechnaya Polyana, all these places and the route itself are very popular.
