Travel from Ust-Kamenogorsk to the Rakhmanovskie Klyuchi sanatorium -
The road from the village of Berel to Lake Rakhmanovskoye is a country road without asphalt pavement, passing through the mountainous terrain of the Katon-Karagay Park. The road is open and accessible only in the summer, June, July, August, and only for high-traffic jeeps (4x4). We recommend traveling around the region only in the summer, as it is the most favorable and safe. We also recommend traveling along the road in a group of at least two cars for mutual assistance and greater safety. The road goes through a beautiful mountain gorge, along which the Belaya Berel River flows, and the road will lead you to Lake Rakhmanovskoye, on which the famous Rakhmanovskie Klyuchi sanatorium is located. You can stop at the lake, spend time and relax, you can also rent a boat for a walk on the lake. Near the lake is the Rakhmanov waterfall, to which a mountain route leads. This entire area belongs to the Kazakh Altai and is located in the East Kazakhstan region.
