Rakhmanovskie Klyuchi is a hot water spring, famous for its healing properties, located at an altitude of 1760 meters above sea level in the Katon-Karagay National Park. Hot water comes out of a granite rock from 12 water sources. Near the spring, literally 100 meters away, is the famous Rakhmanovskoye Lake, into which the beautiful mountain river Arasan flows, and also not far away on a nameless river is the Rakhmanovsky waterfall. The temperature of the water in the springs varies from 34 °C to 41 °C. The water is rich in calcium, magnesium, silicic acid, iron, aluminum, chlorine, sulfuric acid, sodium chloride and carbon dioxide. Full-scale studies of the water source were conducted in 1834 by the scientist, traveler and explorer F. Gebler. After the discovery of the water source and its study in 1924, a medical sanatorium was built here, later in 2001 the water source was included in the Katon-Karagay Park.
