Oktyabrenok Peak is a mountain rock peak, located at an altitude of 3685 meters above sea level and is part of the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. The ascent to the peak begins from the high-mountain base Shymbulak and then passes through the high-mountain tract Vorota-Tuyuk-Su in the upper reaches of the Small Almaty gorge. The summit has a difficulty category of 1B and 2B depending on the chosen route. To climb the mountain, you need to have the skill to work with special mountaineering equipment (helmet, rope, carabiner, safety system, etc.) On the way, you will overcome rocks that you will need to move with great care.
