The second one shows his peaceful life, reflecting his activities after the war: teaching, literary work and service to society. Here, the sculptor immortalized the images of the great Soviet writers Mikhail Sholokhov, Kaisyn Kuliyev and Rasul Gamzatov, emphasizing that Sharipov belonged to a generation that united spirituality and humanism of peoples.
The grand opening of the monument took place with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education, cultural figures, students and residents of the city. This event became an important moment in preserving the memory of a man who devoted his whole life to knowledge, education and literature.
The life and work of Adi Sharipov
Sharipov, Adi Sharipovich (1912-1993) – teacher, writer, scientist, statesman. Born in the Almaty region, he was educated at the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, where he later became rector. His life is an example of service to society, science and native culture.
During the Great Patriotic War, he participated in the partisan movement in Belarus, where he commanded a detachment. Sharipov showed outstanding courage and fortitude, for which he was awarded orders and medals, including the Order of the Patriotic War and the Order of Lenin.
After the war, Adi Sharipov was actively engaged in pedagogy, became the author of scientific works on literature and education, researched the work of Kazakh writers, and also wrote his own works – essays, novellas, journalism. His books are distinguished by their sincerity, patriotism and deep faith in man.
He left behind a rich legacy – works devoted to the education of youth, the development of the national language, literature and culture of Kazakhstan.
