You can get to the pass from the Medeo tract by the Medeo-Chimbulak cable car, which goes to the pass. The distance from the pass to the top of the mountain in both directions is about 6 kilometers. Edelweiss Peak is located in the Ile-Alatau Mountain Park between the Small Almaty Gorge and the Left Talgar Gorge, Medeu District, Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
