Peak A.N. Maryashev is a mountain peak, also known as the Alma-Arasan peak, located at an altitude of 4000 meters above sea level in the Trans-Ili Alatau Mountains. The peak was named after Alexey Nikolaevich Maryashev, a Soviet and Kazakh archaeologist, climber and traveler. The route to the peak starts from the Prokhodnoye gorge, first you need to get to its beginning where the Alma-Arasan hot water springs is located, and then along the path past the Maiden's Tears waterfall move up the gorge until you reach the Terra glade (Vladimir Vysotsky), here a base camp is set up, which will serve as a starting point. From this glade, various radial mountain hikes are made to the mountain peaks that surround the gorge and are located in its upper reaches. The hike to the peak begins early in the morning of the second day and continues until lunch, in the afternoon, the descent back to the glade along the ascent route. Also from the Terra glade, the following attractions are available for hiking: Pila peak, Tourist Kazakhstan peak, October peak, Giant peak, Big Almaty peak, Tourist peak, Dzhusaly-Kezen pass, Kosmostantsiya, Wild Lake (Scotland).
