This unique region, with an area of 146 thousand square kilometers and several natural areas, attracts thousands of tourists every year with its pristine beauty and amazing contrasts. Archaeologists have discovered traces of Bronze Age sites and unique petroglyphs here. The modern infrastructure of the region harmoniously combines with the natural environment. Ethnoauly is especially popular, where you can immerse yourself in the traditional Kazakh way of life, taste real koumiss and baursaks, and listen to dombra playing.
A trip through the Akmola region is an immersion into the real Kazakhstan, where the ancient traditions of steppe nomads are organically intertwined with the modern rhythm of life, and nature impresses with its grandeur and diversity. Each season reveals the beauty of these places in its own way: spring blooming of tulips, summer bathing in clear lakes, golden autumn in pine forests and sparkling snows of winter mountain slopes. Akmola region is waiting for those who want to see the true soul of Kazakhstan, touch its history and enjoy the unique landscapes of the Great Steppe. The climate here is sharply continental. Spring is coming fast, with floods, birdsong, and a carpet of wildflowers. Autumn is golden and meditative. This is the perfect place to feel the power of all four seasons.
